The Dallas Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation holds three main
fundraising events as shown below. Special events are a significant part of
our fundraising budget, raising more than $3.5 million annually. We always have a
great time, and the entire community is invited to get involved! We welcome
you to come and help us find a cure. There
is something for everyone!
Tony N' Tina's Wedding
The honeymoon continues with Tony N’ Tina’s Wedding and JDRF!!
If you missed it the first time, here’s your chance to catch the longest running off Broadway musical in history! Tony N’ Tina’s Wedding remains ongoing in Dallas giving our local friends and family another fun and exciting way to contribute to the Juvenile Diabetes Research for a cure. $15 of each ticket sold will be given directly to JDRF when the buyer uses the code “JDRF”. Teen Dia-Beaters
With such a successful first meeting in December, we are continuing to have regular events where teens meet together for mutual support, exchange information and build advocacy for type 1 teens. We will have a guest speaker and light refreshments for the teens and a special location for the adults who would like to stick around and hang out. Just for Adults... Type 1 Diabetes Network Group
We are very excited to announce that JDRF has partnered with the Endocrine Associates of Dallas in developing a network group for adults living with type 1 diabetes. The goal is to have regular events where adults come together and share mutual support, exchange information with guest speakers and provide research updates. We are looking forward to the our next event - come join us!
