How to get involved!

Please join the JDRF Dallas Chapter Advocacy grassroots network and the Texans for Advancement of Medical Research Action Network to write letters, make calls, or visit lawmakers on behalf of you child/loved one with diabetes. You do not need to be an expert in politics to do this. Your Dallas Chapter JDRF Legislative Chair will be the spokesperson on the science and legislative issues, all you need to do is tell your story about your experience with diabetes and explain why research in Regenerative Medicine is important to you to find a cure.

Please call today to sign up. If a mom whose previous experience with lawmakers was a field trip to the Texas State Capitol can do this, believe me, SO CAN YOU!
